Look I really love the couch but the pictures in the ad are a bit misleading and showed it as being able to be arranged with the L shape either way. That means I paid a more for the couch than from another site that was selling it. I am hopeful I will be refunded for the difference

Even when fully inflated it almost squashes half flat when sat on...Would have preferred a firmer ball

I ordered this clock in August 2024, I wrote back immediately stating that it did not work. I requested a full refund however 7 months later after numerous requests I still have a clock that does not work, no refund or even a replacement. If this is not the poorest of service I don't know what is. After this amount of time I can't expect anything so enough is enough I will write to the ACCC to see if they can do something to promote some action to assist this customer. I hope this helps future purchases considering to purchase this product, any response from the supplier is non existent.

First day of use wheels broke
Looks great in my office. Even when you get up close, the trunk looks real. As soon as I walk into the office I feel like there’s real plant there.. and I know I’ll never kill it! A great purchase who need to freshen up/lighten up their space but don’t want to risk killing a plant.
