Did not work on delivery

I ordered this clock in August 2024, I wrote back immediately stating that it did not work. I requested a full refund however 7 months later after numerous requests I still have a clock that does not work, no refund or even a replacement. If this is not the poorest of service I don't know what is. After this amount of time I can't expect anything so enough is enough I will write to the ACCC to see if they can do something to promote some action to assist this customer. I hope this helps future purchases considering to purchase this product, any response from the supplier is non existent.

Stopped work After 2 days.

I have asked for a refund which they are not paying. I have Re boxed the faulty product for return but nothing so buyer be aware. I will now take the matter further.
